Polyester resin is a widely used product due to its malleability and high resistance.. These resins are often used for industrial uses.

One of the main advantages of resins is their high resistance., both climatic factors and corrosive substances.

Elaboration, manufacture and repair of reinforced parts (with or without fiberglass).

-How to use:

Mix the two components, resin and catalyst, perfectly, following the manufacturer's instructions and in the amount to be used..

For the case of a stratified, previously the fiberglass will have been cut in the shape of the surface to be repaired. The surface must be clean, dry and fat-free.

The already catalyzed resin is applied with a roller, on the surface impregnating both sides of the fiberglass mat. The approximate consumption of resin will be 1kg per m2 of fiberglass and it will have a drying time of 30 min a 2 hours, depending on temperature and humidity conditions.

If a higher thickness is needed, multiple coats can be applied, one on top of the other when the previous one is damp but not stained.

Cano has rollers for the application of polyester resin in different sizes and diameters. sizes are 12, 18, 22 Y 25 cms. The most common diameters are 4 Y 5 cms. The fiber of the most common rollers are the acrylic ones with long filaments because they load more resin and their performance is higher.. We can manufacture them with plastic or wooden handles.

For the edges you can use paint brushes flat or round.
